Students killed in the accident on their way to school

Highland, Ark. (Kait) – A school district of the region 8 mourns again after a student died on their way to school.

The Highland School District announced on Monday that a junior at his high school died on the way to school in an accident.

School administrators did not identify the student, but said that they “traveled from outside the city to the school on Monday morning when the accident occurred”.

“Our rebel family mourn this loss, and we extend our deepest sympathy for the family, friends and relatives of the student,” said the district in a press release. “While we navigate this difficult time, we ask our community to keep the family and our entire school in your thoughts and asked.”

The district said that he would support students and employees in the coming days.

This is the second student this school year, who dies in the event of a crash. Brooklynn Grace Pendarvis was killed on the way to school shortly after 7 a.m. on September 13th.
