Dawn Richard testifies to Diddy's alleged death threat: “You could be missing”

On Monday morning, Danity Kane returned Dawn Richard to witness in sex trade with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Richard said that he was supposedly threatened by Combs, of which she said that she had attacked Cassie Ventura in 2009 in his house in La in La Home with an egg pan.

She told the court: “He said they could be missing that we could die. I was shocked, but also afraid I couldn't believe that this would be the beginning of a trip for us [with the group Dirty Money]. “

According to Richard, the death threat came a day after he had supposedly attacked Ventura.

Richard said that she had attacked Combs more than once against Ventura. She said, “He often hit her, froze her, hit her in her mouth, stepped her and slapped her in her stomach.”

She continued: “It could be because Cassie spoke for herself. It could be random. It could be if she had an opinion for herself. She would be calm and when she tried to stay for herself.”

Richard worked with Diddy as a member of Danity Kane from 2004 to 2009. After Danity Kane was separated, they founded another band Diddy – Dirty Money.

Dawn also remembered when Ventura wore sunglasses for a public appearance in Central Park from 2009 after he was physically attacked by Diddy.

She said, “We wore sunglasses to have solidarity with her and to have a support system because she needed her.”

Richard said that Combs got drugs from a dealer named “One Stop”, who provided cocaine and marijuana.

In her cross -life, Diddy's lawyer Nicole Westmoreland questioned the dawn as to whether she changed her story about the 2009 attack against Cassie in his house.

Dawn replied: “I said the best I could remember.”

The defense then tried to stab holes in Dawn's certificate and asked about the comments “to miss people”.

West Moreland raised Richard's earlier interviews with prosecutors and asked why she did not mention these words.

Richard replied: “I didn't remember it.”

West Moreland also said that Richard informed the federal agents that she had not seen any combs owned by cocaine.

Richard remarked: “Yes, over time I can better know what was going on because it was a long time ago.”

After the defense had grilled Richard about the inconsistencies, Richard told the public prosecutor: “It did not everyone came back immediately … The environment was traumatizing, so I tried to extinguish these things from my memory.”

According to Richard, things came back to her when she spoke to investigators.

Richard said confidentially that Diddy “no doubt” Cassie attacked 2009.

Before Richard was apologized to the stand, she was asked about her own complaint against Diddy and accused the rap mogul of the “years of inhumane working conditions, which included the keys, assault and incorrect detention.

While she replied with “yes” to be paid in her complaint, Richard emphasized: “I want to be made justice and whole.”
