Blake Lively calls for sanctions against Justin Baldoni and his team for claims to Taylor Swift extortion

Blake Lively submitted an application in which Justin Baldoni and his team, according to their claims, blackmailed Taylor Swift to be made in exchange for their public support with sanctions.

The 30-page movement was submitted on Monday (May 19) in front of the New York Southern District Court and states that the 41-year-old was “not brought about a reasonable basis in the law and clearly for an improper purpose” with the claims of the US star and that the claims as a “obvious” vehicle were submitted “to shock media stories against Ms. Lively”.

“These public attacks in combination with the plaintiffs of Rule 11, which submit numerous claims against Ms. Lively without a law or fact, are deliberately inappropriate and guarantee sanctions,” says the legal document.
