Video shows the delivery driver in the limited area at the O'Hare International Airport

The video was published last weekend by an incident in which a Doordash delivery driver Drinked miles through a secured and limited area at the O'Hare International Airport.

The Chicago Aviation Ministry said that the operations at O'Hare have no disruptions and that the area was sighted by the Chicago police. But the department did not deal with how the driver could get into the asphalt.

The video shows the moment when the security of the police and the airport hit a driver to deliver food on the asphalt in O'Hare near United Airlines Gate C16 at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.

The unauthorized red car escaped security and somehow landed next to an airplane.

“Many very bad things can happen,” said Ben Coleman, a former security inspector and investigator of the Federal Aviation Administration in the National Transportation Safety Board. “As soon as you come in there, you really don't know what to do.”

Coleman said there should be protective measures to prevent such an incident.

“It shouldn't happen, and that is the reason why we have security posts, security forces,” said Coleman, “and we have a variety of different things that should prevent this.”

The police said the 36-year-old man accidentally drove past a goal in a limited area. The police audio suggests that it took 16 minutes when cameras called the car in O'Hare to United Airlines who called the police.

Lincoln Security Services is contracted to secure several access points at O'Hare. Jim Pitts, Chief Operating Officer of the company, published the following explanation:

“We are aware of the reported incident and actively investigate in coordination with the airport authorities. While the facts are still checked, we warn against drawing conclusions based on incomplete or second hand information.

“Lincoln Security Services is a component of the multi -layered security system of the airport, which protects the integrity of O'Hare from O'Hare. With tens of thousands of vehicles, employees and support providers who move through the airport every day, our team is trained and equipped to monitor and observe the anodes.

“Lincoln has a strong security record at the O'Hare International Airport, supported by strict quality assurance protocols and extensive civil servants training for access control, perimeter security standards and the anti-agency response protocols.

“The security of the airport community is our highest priority. We appreciate the opportunity to react and, if necessary, quickly share additional information as soon as the examination has been completed and is aligned with CDA communication protocols.”

In the meantime, Coleman said that incidents like that last weekend are less unusual than they seem.

The monitoring video from February is pointing to the asphalt at the moment when a driver drove a car on Blue Grass Airport in Lexington, Kentucky.

In November 2020, a persecution played on the taxiway at Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles after a driver was broken through a fence. In June 2021, a car fell through a goal in Los Angeles and crossed two runways on Los Angeles International Airport (Lax).

The Chicago Aviation Ministry published this declaration on the incident at O'Hare last weekend:

“The security of the traveling public, airport employee and airport facilities remains the top priorities of the CDA at the weekend. At the weekend there was a person who had not announced with airport operations with the airport company in a secure area at O'Hare International Airport. The incident was examined by the CDA in partnership with the Chicago police.

Doordash said that the incident on Saturday simply seemed to be a case of a driver.
