Ice agents record the Brazilian man who is charged with sex crime

River case. (WLNE) – The US immigration and customs authority said that a Brazilian man was arrested that is illegally available in the country for gender crimes.

On April 8, ICE agents arrested 47-year-old Cristiano Schneider Capdevila Croxato during a traffic stop in the River case.

According to ICE, Schneider was sentenced to a family member on November 19, 2024 for assault and battery.

In addition, ICE said that Schneider was charged on March 29, 2024 due to violation of an abuse procedure. Preserving a stolen motor vehicle and an indecent attack and a battery for a person from the age of 14 on May 20, 2024; and two counts of indecent attack and battery for one person 14 years or on July 12, 2024.

ICE said Schneider had an open, injunction and a closed. He is on an active probation until November 18, 2025 with the River District Court case.
