According to the Huntsman Cancer Institute, prostate cancer is diagnosed in 1 out of 8 men in Utah, with around 2,000 to 3,000 new men being diagnosed every year. Compared to other countries, Utah takes 21st place in the country.

But when it comes to prostate cancer deaths, Utah is well above average: 1 of 40 Utah men die from the disease. This brings Utah to 4th place in the country due to prostate cancer.

Part of the problem is that the men from Utah not as early as they should.

Other reasons for this could be Utahn's access to health care, especially in rural cities with older population groups that continue to live from the place where they are treated. It is part of the reason why the then Vice President Biden Biden already combined the Huntsman Cancer Institute visited researchers in 2016 to eliminate cancer.

So what is the solution? Johnson said that men aged 50 and over had to be examined for prostate cancer.
