The soldiers further examined the crash that claimed the life of 72-year-old Alfred Gallagher. As part of the ongoing investigation, it was found that 69-year-old Patrick Gallagher was affected at the time of the crash.

Soldiers recently received an arrest warrant against vehicle murder, inattentive operation and possession of drug delicacies by the 4th judicial court for Patrick Gallagher. He was then arrested without incidents and processed into the Ouachita Correction Center.

Passenger killed in a municipal accident with a vehicle Ouachita

Calhoun -AM Sunday, April 6, 2025, shortly before 9:00 p.m., soldiers with the Louisiana State Police Troop F started a fatal accident with a single vehicle on Interstate 20 in eastern bound near Milepost 101.

The preliminary investigation showed that 69-year-old Patrick Gallagher drove to east in a GMC Acadia 2013 on Interstate. For reasons that were still examined, the GMC drove from the right street and hit a tree.

Alford Gallagher, who was the passenger behind the back seat and was properly held back, suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Patrick Gallagher, who was properly held back, received serious injuries and was brought to a regional hospital for treatment. Routine toxicological samples were collected and are submitted for analysis. This crash continues to be examined.
