She was only dressed in one towel and smiled in the camera on the Canadian hockey player Michael Mcleod's cell phone.

On June 19, 2018 it was 4:26 a.m. in a room in the Delta Armories Hotel in downtown London.

“It was all mutual. Do you take me?” She asked in the video and played on Wednesday for jurors in the sexual assault of McLeod and four teammates from Canadian junior hockey team 2018 2018, who were for a hockey canada gala in London.

“You are so paranoid. “I enjoyed it. It was fun. It is all mutual.

“I'm so sober, so I can't do that at the moment” and the video ended.

The jury saw cell phone videos and safety material in Jacks Bar – the Richmond Row Establishment, in which the complainant, whose name is protected under a ban on publication that played players – removed a few blocks from the hotel lobby. The film material is all in the early morning of June 19, 2018.

The most dramatic video, however, was the smiling woman who said everything was “mutual” and played during the exam that the media attracted attention from all over the country. The main problem, said the crown at the beginning of the trial this week, would be approval.

Also on Wednesday, the attempt was made for the NHL star -Power when she testified by one of the 27 -year -old Taylor Raddysh, Taylor Raddysh, who played for the Washington Capitals. He said remotely.

McLeod, 27, Alex Formenton, 25, Cal Foote, 26, Dillon Dube, 26, and Carter Hart (26) have not been guilty. McLeod has also not guilty to be a second indictment for sexual attacks because of offense.

The crown informed the jury that it was with the then 20-year-old woman who says that she was sexually attacked by the hockey players in a hotel room.

The jury saw two “consent” videos in a hotel room. The first to be shot at 3:27 showed the woman who sat and didn't seem to know that she was recorded.

“You agree, right?” A male voice can be heard. “Do you agree?”

“Yes, I agree,” she said.

What followed was the second video, which was shot about an hour later after smiling, turning her hair, talking clearly and called everything that happened “mutually”.

Other videos, which were previously shot in the bar in the morning, show a crowded dance floor with strobic hobs with the loud Canadian hockey players, who mostly dance together and express the words of the music.

The woman can often be seen under the mass of the players. At some point she will be picked up and carried around Co-Accused and Team Captain Dubé.

But McLeod seems to have the greatest interest in her. When Dubé carries the woman around, McLeod steps in and pulls Dubé's shirt over his head, hockey fighting style.

In a series of videos of mobile phones, several players Hey Baby (if they are my girl) call out the words that was the national team's goal during the championship.

Many players are identified in the videos both at the bar and in the hotel lobby.

McLeod had returned to the hotel with the complainant around 1:45 a.m.

You will be seen how to go to the hotel in the Dundas Street. She has her phone in one hand while she comes in without the help of McLeod.

After the jury looked at the woman's videos, she saw more hotel security videos of the woman who left the hotel and was waiting for an over -trip.

The videos gave a clearer picture as what the jury of Taylor Raddysh heard from the capitals, which had a foggy memory of what happened after the ring ceremony and dinner when he went to Jack's after the ring ceremony and dinner.

During his certificate, the deputy crown lawyer Meaghan Cunningham Raddysh gave many opportunities to check his different statements, but these reviews did not seem to help his memory.

Raddysh remembered that he was hotel dwellers with a player Brett Howden, who appeared in many videos at Jacks who were played for the jury. Her room was next to McLeods.

“However, I really have no memory of what happened to Jacks that night,” he said.

Raddysh said he had no memory of being at Jacks, and Jacks and “was not 100 percent” sure that his memory in his room returned to his room. Raddysh admitted that he drank alcohol that night, but “I didn't drink strongly.

“I only remember that I returned to my room,” he said. Nobody else was there and Raddysh said he facimized his girlfriend at the time. He remembered that McLeod and the player Boris Katchouk came to his door, but he said he couldn't remember what had happened.

After Raddysh had checked his police statement, the two players said to his door and “I wasn't quite sure what was said, except 'Come on and hang around a bit.”

He said he went to McLeod's room. “I have no complete memory of what I remember in this room. I only remember that Michael was there, Boris and a woman.”

Raddysh said that he couldn't remember much about the woman, although he was “pretty sure” that the woman was lying on the bed, but “today I didn't remember how she was positioned and what she was wearing.”

Raddysh said he didn't remember someone said something and didn't say anything to the woman. He remembered that he was in the room for “very short time”.

Raddysh said he didn't remember whether someone mentioned sexual activities. “I only remember that I returned to my room,” he said.

Cunningham asked if he remembered why. “I am not 100 percent (safe) and sit here today,” said Raddysh. He did not remember hearing sounds.

Cunningham checked the text messages from Raddysh's cell phone, including the group text to the team at 2:10 a.m. – “If you want to be quick in a three -way. 209 Mikey.”

Hart replied to the message, who wrote in the group chat “I am in”.

Raddysh also received a message from McLeod at 2:15 a.m., where he came to his room: “If you want (oral sex).”

On June 26, 2018 there was other news between Raddysh and McLeod, where Raddysh stated that one of the employees of Hockey Canada called him, and “said there is an investigation.”

Raddysh said he couldn't remember, even after checking his statements if he had any calls or video calls from other teammates after he was informed that there was an investigation.

The judge Maria Carroccia in the Supreme Court released the jury early because Raddysh “has an obligation and cannot be more than 4 p.m.,” she said.

The process continues on Thursday.
