10-year-old Warren Boy killed in a solon crash, soldiers are looking for 2nd drivers

Solon, Ohio (Woio)-a 10-year-old Warren Boy was killed in a car accident at US 422 in Solon on Sunday evening.

The accident occurred near the Harper Road around 7 p.m.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers, Max Davis was sitting on the back seat of a Ford escape that was driven by Benjamin Hoak (29) from Warren.

Hoak went from the right side of the street, over -corrected, rolled over and beat the guardrail, said soldiers.

Davis was ejected from the vehicle and died of his injuries in the Ahuja Medical Center University Hospital.

Hoak and his passenger Holly Burnett, 34, from Hermitage, PA, were both seriously injured and treated in the Ahuja Medical Center University Hospital, said soldiers.

A six -year -old girl, Kayleigh Hoak from Youngstown, was also in the back seat. Soldiers said she had suffered serious injuries and was a patient in the rainbow baby and in the children's hospital.

Soldiers believe that the driver of a black four -door limousine, possibly a Subaru WRX or BMW, was involved or witnessed the crash.

He is described as a middle -aged man with spikes.

Anyone who has information about the fatal accident and the driver of the sedan is asked to call soldiers under 216-265-1677.
