The Prime Minister of Qatar denied the allegations on Tuesday that Doha's offer of an estimated $ 400-million Boing 747 Jet to US President Donald Trump was an attempt to start the White House.

“I call it an exchange between two countries. And basically the relationship we have between Qatar and the United States is a very institutional relationship,” said Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani. “Aircraft history is a Ministry of Defense of the Department of Defense, which is basically carried out in full transparency and very legally, and it is part of the cooperation that we have always done together for decades.”

Trump, who carried out a whirlwind tour through the Middle East last week in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, was shot from opposition politicians after Doha had proposed the jet gift. At that time, Qatar also agreed to have up to 210 Boeing 787 Dreamliner and 777x aircraft from Ge Aerospace Engines in what the White House has driven as the “biggest” extension and 787 Order at Boeing-as big US defense entrepreneurs.

Al-Thani emphasized on Tuesday that the gesture was a “normal thing between allies” and claimed that Qatar may “buy influence on this administration”.

“It is a two -way relationship. For Qatar and the United States it is an advantage for both sides. Nothing. Nothing [has] Was made under the table, “he remarked.” Many nations have given the United States many things. I don't compare that to the Statue of Liberty, but … “

Trump said last week in a social media post of truth that the potential talented aircraft would “temporarily” replace the 40-year-old aircraft of Air Force One, which normally serves the US President. According to the Associated Press, he said separately that the plane would later join a future foundation for the presidential library. Boeing is currently producing an Air Force Aircraft One, which was delayed together with other deliveries in the middle of the suppliers and partial hurdles of the company

Democrats have created the Qatar to express broader ethical and security concerns. According to a foreign -emulse clause, the US constitution says that “nobody has an office for profit or trust among them, without accepting the congress of all kinds by a king, prince or foreign state of all kinds of present, emolument, office or title”.

Several Democrats have submitted a decision in the House of Representatives in which Trump was asked to submit all plans for the Jumbo jet donation to the congress in line with the abroad.

“The constitution accuses the congress of ensuring that the president does not use the highest office of the country as a Rich-Rich program to pocket wasteful gifts from foreign presidents, dictators and Emirs. It is high time that the congress does his job”

“This is the definition of corruption,” said Senator Chris Murphy, D-Conn., NBCS “Meet the Press” on Sunday.

Trump has defended Katar's “very beautiful gesture” as a contribution to the Ministry of Defense, while Boeing builds additional aircraft and not as a personal gift.

“You give us a free jet. I could say: 'No, no, no, don't give us, I want a billion or 400 million or whatever it is, or I could say:” Thank you, “he said last week, adding a separate exchange.
