The second suspect arrested in connection with a fatal crash at Drive Airport

Richmond, va. (Wwbt)-a second suspect was charged with the fatal fall at Drive Airport and arrested, who demanded a man's life and had female a passenger.

The 20-year-old Samarion Ty'sshon Seymour from Norfolk submitted to the Petersburg Bureau of Police on Monday evening. Seymour is the second suspect that was arrested in connection with the incident
