Death examinations in Roxbury – Boston News, Weather, Sport

Boston (WHDH) – In Roxbury, an examination is underway after a woman was found dead on Tuesday morning on a sidewalk.

At around 6:04 a.m., officials were called to a woman in a wheelchair, according to the Boston police department, for a report of a woman. Officials confirmed their death.

Murder detectives were called to the scene. An SUV was seen how the area was towed away.

According to sources, the investigators check the surveillance video and interview two people.

“The people here, we are all neighbors, we all know each other,” said a neighbor. “So that something like this happens, we feel so sad. But we didn't know the girl. I saw her up and down a few days ago and go up and down, but I don't know about her name. I don't know anything, I would only see her up and down.”

The incident remains examined. Officials ask everyone to contact the police with information.
