Ice arrest man for vehicle murder in Minnesota Mom, Victoria Eileen Harwell charged

Washington – German Langari Inga, an illegal foreigner from Ecuador, was charged with vehicle murder, which led to Minnesota Mom, Victoria Eileen Harwell in August 2024.

He was released to ice on May 13th without notification. ICE arrested Langari Inga on May 16, 2025.
