Ice arrest man for vehicle murder in Minnesota Mom, Victoria Eileen Harwell charged

Washington – German Langari Inga, an illegal foreigner from Ecuador, was charged with vehicle murder, which led to Minnesota Mom, Victoria Eileen Harwell in August 2024.

According to court documents, Langari Inga's Prelimary Roary revealed alcoholians that his blood alcohol content was more than twice as high as the legal limit for driving in Minnesota. Langari was arrested again on May 10, 2025, because of an outstanding arrest warrant for vehicle murder from the sheriff office of the Hennepin County and the ice on the same day. He was released to ice on May 13th without notification. ICE arrested Langari Inga on May 16, 2025.
