Heavy thunderstorm now in force

The Tornado Watch was replaced by a heavy thunderstorm for the following northern counties in our region until midnight – Trinity, Walker, Grimes & Washington Counties.

Warmer, windy Wednesday – accommodation

The typical humidity at the end of April is today with airy South winds. Quick showers appeared at the morning and lunchtime.

In the meantime, heavy storms and heavy rain to North Texas today. There is the potential that a number of storms could move in our direction until tonight. The models are mixed with the intensity of the storms, but there is the potential that storms can get from the north overnight this evening until the early Thursday morning.

Storms probably become weaker when they fall south overnight, but remain aware of potential warnings.

Daily chance for storms late a week

From Thursday and continued Friday and Saturday, the conditions for a daily wave of storms are cheap.

There could also be a few strong/heavy ones. So stay with the weather and check the updates of our FOX Local app.

The highest chance of storms is north of the Houston area, but do not leave your guard down here.
