Convised criminals fall into the back yard of Binghampton while escaping after the police supply stop

Memphis, tenn. (WMC) – A convicted criminal is back behind bars after the Memphis police said that his car was plowed in a Binghampton backyard while he was running out of traffic on Monday.

The incident was recorded on surveillance video.

Darius Wilson, 30, is now charget with a convicted felon in possession of a handgun, Two Counts of Evading Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute, possession of a firearring the commission of a dangerus felony, possession of Burglary Tools, Marijuana possession, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, and Manddeanor Property theft.

According to the Memphis police, the officials tried a dark limousine on Monday at 3:57 p.m. at the intersection of Princeton Avenue and the Vandalia Street.

The surveillance video shows the moment when the driver accelerated into a back yard on the same corner when he was escaped.

The chain fence of the house was destroyed. The effects of the crash also damaged a fence that was shared with a neighboring house.

The driver is then seen how he saves the vehicle out of the vehicle and jumps into a neighboring garden.

According to the MPD, the suspect, who has now been identified as Wilson, was caught after a short chase. No injuries were reported.

A search for Wilson and his vehicle resulted in an unknown amount of marijuana, drug utensils, burglary tools and an illegally modified firearm according to his charges.

The Shelby County Court recordings also show that Wilson has an extensive history of arrests of crimes.

In 2019 he was guilty of passing the possession of marijuana and was sentenced to a day in prison in the Shelby County prison.

He was previously charged with four serious robberies.

Wilson is currently being recorded at 201 poplar without bond. He is due to court on Wednesday morning.
