Anthony Edwards leaves the game of one of the Western Conference Finale with ankle injury

The Minnesota Timberwolves Guard Anthony Edwards left the game of one of the Western Conference final with an ankle injury.

The Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder are in the middle of the first game of the Western Conference Finals. The winner of this series will receive a trip to the NBA final in which you will compete with the winner of the New York Knicks and Indiana Pacers.

The Timberwolves were able to reach the final of the conference last season, but want to build on the successes of the past year and reach the NBA final for the first in the franchise story.

Unfortunately, Anthony Edwards for the Timberwolves, the team's star player, entered the changing room with an apparently ankle injury. Edwards rolled his ankle in the second quarter of the game and left the square to enter the changing room.

Before his time in the NBA, Edwards was a star of the University of Georgia and was the best player in the Bulldogs team during his only season. His great edition in Athens led to the selection of Timberwolves No. 1 in the total design of Timberwolves in 2020.

If Edwards are not available for the rest of this series, it is a massive blow for the hopes of the Timberwolves. Up to this point, the guard was crucial for the success of the team and is one of the league leaders.

*Updates to the status of Edwards are provided when further details are shown.
