DAK Prescott delivers surprising injury update at Cowboys Otas

Dallas Cowboys Quarterback DAK Prescott was a full participant at OTAS.

DAK Prescott's return from the thigh operation is ahead of the schedule, and Dallas Cowboy's quarterback sounds as if it had something to prove.

Prescott took part completely during the OTAS on Tuesday and became out of contact for everything. He was limited to just eight games last season after an axle degree from an operation was operated on.

The cowboy owner Jerry Jones used to create a certain uncertainty in the low season when Prescott would be back in action.

“I don't know what the full participation could mean. Everyone will be smart,” said Jones.

Prescott's active presence at OTAs helped bring doubts about his availability.

“People say a lot of things about me, man,” said Prescott about Jones' comments. “I just appear and check what I can control healthy. Try to stay healthy. Feel good. I just try to push the energy and ensure that I will continue to get better.”

He added: “Everything can do almost exactly.

DAK Prescott draws a positive review by Schottenheimer

The new head coach of Cowboys Brian Schottenheimer, who spent the last two seasons as the team's offensive coordinator, is already familiar with DAK Prescott – and he liked what he saw during Otas.

“It looks good,” said Schottenheimer. “He does his normal things. He gets most of the work with them. We roll through some people there, but he looks good. I think he is going well.”

The injury also has Prescott (31), some additional perspective when he steps back on the field.

“There is and there, especially when they are injured at the time when I was injured as long as I was injured,” said Prescott. “Different games. There was time for this reflection. And yes, it just makes you more modest, much hungry and more blessed. Seated to be here. Seated to do what I do, go through these doors every day and play the game that I love.”

DAK Prescott works with a new weapon in George Pickens

Early repetitions are essential for Prescott because the cowboys George Pickens want to integrate on the offensive. The cowboys acquired pickens at the beginning of this month and added a solid option to Pro ProWler Ceedee Lamb.

“I am excited. You switch on the tape, you see a man who can catch football,” said Prescott to 1310 the ticket in Dallas. “You have football all over his close, very strong hands, more than 50-50 catchers. He believes that it is his ball when he's in the air. I'm excited about him. I know that we needed help in this position.

Pickens, a second round in 2022, is associated with a significant upward trend. He collected 174 receptions for 2,841 yards and 12 touchdowns in 48 games with the Pittsburgh Steelers. His outstanding season took place in 2023 and recorded 63 catches for 1,140 yards and five touchdowns.
