New video suggests that Palisades fire ignition was burned just a few days earlier

The videos, which were recently reported by the San Francisco Chronicle, can indicate an answer by showing another fire that was burned near the Skull -Rock -Trailhead issue on New Year's Day. Laurie Perez reports.
