Mann, who was killed in Scottsdale, a different man arrested

The Scottsdale Police Department examines a shootout on Tuesday afternoon, in which a man killed and landed in handcuffs.

What we know:

The shootout on May 20th took place near 4:40 p.m. Roads of Miller and McDowell.

An unimaginated man died and another non -identified man was arrested.

“This is an isolated incident without a threat to the surrounding community,” said the Scottsdale police.

What you say:

“Officials came and a man was taken to the hospital. Unfortunately he died of his injuries. A man was taken into custody, and he was also taken to the hospital,” Scottsdale Sgt. Allison Sempsis said and added that he was not injured at the shootout.

A stack of clothing on the street was photographed by the police and the neighbors were stopped by Yellow Tape when the specialists of the crime scene processed the scene.

“I came back from lunch and thought I would come home and get ready, but no. I preferred, there were a few cops two doors below. This is not the first time that it happened. So I wasn't too shocked, but this is the first time that I have it so bad,” said Jazmyn Lopez, a neighbor.

In the past, she says that she saw Swat and the police in the same house where this shootout happened.

“We will receive a search command in the house and try to find out what information you can do,” Sgt. Sempsis.
