Forbes Asia 100 to observe forum 2025 highlights

SInces 2021, Forbes Asia, has published four editions of the 100 to observe list, in which remarkable small companies and startups are launched in the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the topic of “Future Drives”, the Forbes Asia 100, founder, CEOs and leaders from the 100 commissioned to observe companies, leading VCS, top investors from the region and members of selected forbes lists in order to successfully discuss strategies for growth and in the long term.

Session I: Scaling intelligent and hard

Julien LabruyereCo -founder and CEO of Sleek; Lu JianfengCo -founder and CEO of Wiz.ai; Dino SetiawanCEO from Awantunai; And Tubagus SyailendraCo -founder and CEO of Chickin, about a panel discussion with Forbes Asia Senior Editor John Kang about competition in an increasingly difficult environment.

“We try to align our cost structure in such a way where the income comes,” said Julien Labruyere, co -founder and CEO of Sleek.

“One of the most important decisions we made was in the fourth quarter of the last year when we decided to control our ambition in researching the technology and to concentrate on diving with customers … three months later we made a profit,” said Lu Jianfeng, co -founder and CEO of Wiz.ai.

“One of the most fundamental decisions from the start is whether they have to be operated on or to build donations. Fundraising is too risky for myself. I think we should find a risk solution before we ascend,” said Dino Setiawan, CEO from Awantunai.

“We are building a company for the next 50 or maybe 100 years. We don't have to be aggressive. We learn from the trip,” Tubagus Syailendra, co -founder and CEO from Chickin.


Session II: Fedex Small Business Grant Contest

Selected from the latest 100 -to -observation list, four founders presented a jury live: Mark LimCEO of Aliena; Bryan OhCo -founder and CEO of Neu Battery Materials; Anirudh SharmaFounder and CEO of Digantara; And Raymond SutjionoCo -founder and CEO from Mceasy.


Session III: Financing of the future

“We are entering a new cycle and there are many options,” said Magnus Grimeland, founder and CEO by Antler.

“There will be no software companies without AI in the next few years. It is not only for the change in consumer life, but also the way companies manage their employees, their supply chain and their customers,” said Jing Hong, founding partner of Gacheng Capital.

“There is a risk of increasing too much capital in the wrong rating,” Adrian Li, founder and managing partner of AC Ventures.

“The Holy Grail for an application will be a complete personalization for all kinds of services and products,” said Annabelle Yu Long, founding and management of Bai Capital.
