According to Dotd, the airline trip is closed outside for a month, and the entrance ramp of the S. Carrollton Avenue in the west is closed for at least one week, while contractors work to remove the truck and rate repairs.

On Wednesday morning, the fallen truck remained inclined against a guardrail on the entrance ramp.

The crews do not have to remove it safely. Dotd coordinates a clean-up and repair plan with emergency entrepreneurs.

Boyle confirmed that Dotd was still investigating the crash and emphasized that the traffic effects during the main traffic times are likely to exist throughout New Orleans during the entire mid-city and uptown.
