The investigation continues to the “unexplained” death of the person found in the tent

An investigation remains after a man's body was found in a tent near the parking park plan in Weymouth.

The Dorset police have confirmed that they are still carrying out inquiries about the circumstances of the death of the man who had no longer been reacted to land in front of the Merzer near the Mount Pleasant Park and Ride parking lot.

The body of a man in the thirties was discovered on Tuesday, May 13th, shortly after 7.30 a.m. and led to the closure of the parking lot with the toilet block and the access points that surround the offset parking lot.

Several police vehicles and a forensic van and a team spent the day examining the area, which led to two men who were arrested for suspected attempted murder.

The two suspects have now been released and remain in the deposit of the police while being treated as unclear.

A police spokesman in Dorset said: “Our investigation of the circumstances in connection with death remains and death is still treated as unclear.

“The two men who were arrested remain in the deposit of the police while the inquiries are continued.”
