This committed hearing will offer a crucial platform to evaluate emerging threats, improve cross -border cooperation and to strengthen the legislative framework. By merging political decision -makers, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, scientists and experts, the Libe Committee can examine and evaluate coordinated strategies to secure the rule of law in order to protect the rule of law, to protect the citizens and to reaffirm the commitment of the EU for justice and internal security.

The hearing is divided into two panels and includes Commissioner for Internal Affairs and Migration, Magnus Brunner, Europol Executive Director, Ms. Catherine de Bolle and State Secretary of the Minister of Justice for Sweden, Ms. Charlotte Kugelberg. The Italian National Anti-Mafia prosecutor and professor of criminology with specialist knowledge in the field of organized crime are also invited to take part in the hearing.
