Joey Jordison's former Death Metal band are back with new music

The Death Metal Supergroup Sinsesaenum, which used to be Jordison, against Slipknot drummer, has announced its return.

The band – composed of members of creator, mayhem and more – will publish their first studio album for seven years. In devastationVia earmomersic on August 8th.

Guitarist and bandleader Frédéric Leclercq (creator, ex-dragonforce) gives the album a tribute to Jordison, which died in July 2021 at the age of 46, and his own deceased father.

Leclercq comments: “I was destroyed, hence the title of this album, but we knew that we had to continue. This plate is our homage to my father, Joey and everyone who ever had to find strength in their darkest moments.”

Sinsaenum returns with all of her surviving members who are still in the wrinkle: singer Attila Csihar (Mayhem) and Sean Zatorsky (Dååth), guitarists Leclercq and Stéphane Buriez (Loudblast) and bassistic Heimoth (Seth). The ex-Slipknot-Sticksman-Tech, Andre Joyzi, replaces Jordison behind the kit.

Sinsaenum calls Joyzi “a trustworthy member of the band's Touring Family: selected not only for his skills, but also for the emotional connection, which he makes to continue Jordison's legacy”.

Sinsaenum was created in 2016 with her self -titled EP and published her debut in full length. Echoes of the tortured peopleLater this year. The ash EP followed in 2017 with the second album Rejection for humanity 2018 come out.

Jordison was disintegrated in 2013 and later attributed his exit to the effects of acute transverse myelitis with a neurological disease, which had an effect on his game. The cause of the death of Jordison in 2021 was still not announced.

Last month, the drummer family started a Kickstarter campaign with the aim of posthumating the debut album from Vimic to the fact that Open your omen. The planned publication was discontinued after the producer Kato Khandwala 2018 died in a motorcycle accident.
