Georgetown HS Student, the perfect Sat -score graduate

The GEORTOWN ISD 2025 class is preparing to take the stage to make your high school.

The background story:

Senior Nathan Aaker is located under the final class of the Georgetown High School this year.

Fox 7 Austin spoke to Aaker in September 2023 after achieving a perfect score when he first attempt.

Aaker has applied for universities all over the country and he is happy to be able to tell you that he is committed to the University of Texas.

He says he thanks Georgetown ISD for preparing for his next trip.

“I have finished my junior year since then. There were many classes that I took that were really interesting,” says Aaker.

“I started with the College application. And it was more difficult than I thought to write all the essays for the different schools. But I know I did it after all. And next I might have completed my last one before November, somehow at the end of October.

Grab deeper:

Despite a perfect satellite scene, Ivy League has recently recorded some shifts.

“I applied to Caltech, with, Stanford, Princeton, Harvard, Yale. Ut, A&M and then the USC, i.e. the university of Southern California, and so I was all rejected by them, except three.

Aaker received several scholarships from A&M and UT. And decided to be a long horn in autumn.

“I decided to go to Ut. I have received great offers from both locations. They are both very accredited in engineering,” says Aaker.

Thanks to Georgetown ISD, Aaker says that he offered many CTE programs that really helped him find out which career path he wanted to take on college.

“I was part of the Roctry program. That was the main participation I had. I think that expressly showed me that I really liked many of the technical concepts. There were a few engineering courses that we did before. We went to the 3D printing.

When he ends this chapter in his life and prepares for college, Aaker shares a message for those who start their high school trip.

“I would also say if you can try to go into a topic really deeply in your school. So for me it was here that I had to go through this CTE engineering path, and I had to go into it really deeply. Find something that you really like and just dig deep into you,” says Aaker.

Nathan's parents are so proud of him that this weekend he will take the top 10 percent in his class as a Salutatorian, where he will give his final class a speech.
