Nate Hafer adds NBA assistant as a new assistant for Alabama employees

Nate Oats rounded off his coaching team with the attitude of Chris Fleming as a co -trainer according to the publication of Alabama's Nil company.

Fleming has many NBA experience, most recently as an assistant to the Portland Trailblazers and will replace Ryan Pannone with Alabama's employees, who took over the head coach job in the state of Arkansas.

Portland was the fourth NBA team with which Fleming worked. He was also an assistant coach for Denver Nuggets (2015-2016), Brooklyn Nets (2016-2019) and Chicago Bulls (2019-2024) and worked four seasons in Chicago under Billy Donovan.

Fleming is the third and last assistant of the Seventh coaching team from Oats in Tuscaloosa and competes with the returning coaches Brian Adams and Preston Murphy. He is not the first NBA trainer to take over the crossover for Hafer's staff. The system and style of the game that runs OATS works well with NBA trainers. Pannone, Adams and Charlie Henry all came from the NBA to Alabama.
