Fort Wayne Mann sentenced to neglect in the death of 4 years of 2022

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Wpta)-a 36-year-old Fort Wayne-Mann, who was charged with his girlfriend's death in 2022 in connection with the death of his 4-year-old son, was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Wednesday.

Jonathan Mulvihill was charged with three neglect of crimes, a charge 1 and two charges of level 6 after the 4-year-old Dominic Wood died of cocaine and fentanyl toxicity. Mulvihill was charged with the boy's mother, 27-year-old Noel Wood.

The police, who examined Dominic Wood's death, described that the living conditions of the family are “completely dirty” and an “extreme chaos”, as court files show. The house had a bad stench, pile of garbage, dilapidated food and apparent human feces that were smeared on walls, windows and toys.

All three children in Mulvihill and Noel Woods care, which are younger than 8 years old, could have reached the remains of drugs throughout the house, as court files show. A child described how the adults put “white powder” on the nose.
