Taylor Swift moves to the sales list ever

It is no secret that Taylor Swift is one of the best -selling artists of her generation, but it quickly becomes one of the best -selling artists of all time, regardless of era or genre. This week she rose on the list.

On Monday, Taylor Swift officially moved to this list and exceeded Pink Floyd to become the seventh best -selling artist of all time. Now Swift is only behind six legendary artists – the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Queen, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and the Beatles. Taylor Swift is the youngest artist in the top 40.

Swift is only 12 million sales behind Madonna, who is currently the best -selling artist of all time and No. 5 on the list. In view of the current popularity of Swift, Madonna will very likely surpass them in the near future.

However, it could be unreachable for the pop sensation that is currently occupied by the Beatles. The Beatles currently have an estimated sales of 520,690,000, which is more than twice as high that the number of Beatles remains one of the most popular bands in the world.
