A man arrested in Sunny Isles Beach Because his 2-year-old daughter had misused his first court appearance on Wednesday when the authorities took a deeper report on what they described as “incomprehensible” behavior for surveillance videos.

Judge does not appoint contact; Father without bond

Andrei Sevastianov appeared in front of Miami-Dade County judge Mindy Glazer, who found a probable reason and held it without bond. With the child, she gave the child an unable to arrange and granted one -time access to the apartment to collect his things.

Anonymous tip leads to a shocking discovery

The investigation began after an anonymous tipper asked the authorities to check the surveillance material from the La Perla owner apartment in the Collins Avenue 16699.

Monitoring material shows a number of violent acts

Video is said to show Sevastianov and his daughter in the pool area.

At some point the police said he wrapped a towel around her neck and seemed to tighten it. The girl is seen as he hits his arms before he lets go, turns over to him, grabs his hair and hits her head in his shoulder.

“The accused then begins to go into the lobby and carry the victim. When he went in the door, he lets the victim fall out of the breast height and knees down on the way down as she hits the floor. The accused then steps on the right side of her head,” says the arrest report.

The police describe persistent abuse in the lobby

As soon as the authorities were inside, Sevastianov pulled the girl up on her hair as she moved to the elevator. When she collapsed, he allegedly caught up and shook her violently.

“The defendant picks up the victim and shakes her violently, which makes her head snatched back and forth several times,” says the report.

As he is waiting for the elevator, he wraps her tightly in a towel as she steps her legs.

“The defendant then hits the wall and beats it between the wall and his back. The accused then whips it forward and drops it on the floor.

Children's hospital; Father is exposed to several fees

The police said that Sevastianov had been custody after a confrontation in which he resisted the arrest. His daughter was brought to Joe Dimaggio Children's Hospital for the examination by Miami-Dade Fire.

During the survey, he told the investigators that the girl threw a tantrum and refused to listen.

Sevastianov is charged with violence for severe child abuse with great body loss, child abuse and resistance to arrest.
