ATMORE WOMAN DOSHOW DOSHOUT DORE OF THE Frontal Accident

Escambia co, ala. (Wala)-An atmore woman was charged with an accident in which her two-year-old son was killed. Sarah Janes is now exposed to more fees.

The fatal frontal accident was outside of Atmore in February on Highway 31.

In March, Janes was arrested and was charged with ruthless murder of the death of her son and two attacks 1st DUI.

Jans has now charged an indictment against the Grand Jury for ruthless murder, six reasons for the attack 1st DUI and combined influence.

The indictment said that Jans was “under the combined influence of alcohol and a controlled substance that made them unable to drive safely”.

The crash report Fox10 News received by Aleea said Janes was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol and or drugs when she crossed the middle, and drove to the lane directed south and hit a minivan-frontal.

Alea reported Janes told the Troopers that she couldn't remember what had happened. According to the crash report, the blood alcohol content of Janes was 0.116, which is above the legal limit of 0.08.

The driver of the minivan said the trooper: “When the car came over the hill, she only looked at her lights and there was nothing to do.”

Janes' two -year -old son died after he was taken to the hospital. Janes was taken to the Sacred Heart Hospital and another child in her vehicle was also taken to the hospital.

According to the soldiers, the driver of the minivan and four children were also taken to the hospital.

Janes received a bond of 750,000 US dollars. If she provides for a deposit, she will be in house arrest, no vehicle and cannot contact the victim's victim or family. She also has to undergo drug tests.

The district prosecutor of Escambia County, Alabama, has not returned our demands for comments in this case.
