Denver Mann, who was arrested in the Boulder County Hit-and-Run crash, in which cyclists were killed

Boolder County, Colo.-a 23-year-old man from Denver was arrested after a cyclist was killed by Boulder County on Sunday at a hit-and-run crash.

According to Colorado State Patrol, the suspect Dante Johnson was custody on Monday morning with an arrest warrant.

On Wednesday, the district prosecutor of Boulder County Johnson accused the crash on Sunday morning, in which 41-year-old John Wilkinson was killed.

Wilkinson ran a bicycle in the N. 95th Street when a Blue Toyota Highlander-Highlander, the 41-year-old cyclist hit and killed the 41-year-old cyclist.

After the crash, CSP said that the Highlander driver drove north to N. 95th Street and later left the SUV in Clement Park in Littleton.

“All over Colorado there are far too many cyclists and pedestrians who are tragically injured or killed every year,” said district attorney Michael Dougherty in a press release. “These cases have priority in this jurisdiction.”

Johnson was admitted to the Arapahoe County prison for several charges, including non -destruction at the scene of the accident with death.
