Jonah Heim from Rangers leaves the game with nerve injury when throwing by hand

New York -Texas Rangers -Fänger Jonah Heim left the game on Wednesday evening against the Yankees in the second inning due to a right injury after making two faulty warm -up throws.

The Rangers said home had a compressed nerve in his litter hand.

Heima moved to the top of the second, the first hit of the rangers in a cool night in the Yankee Stadium. He was forced on the second basis for the finale on a big one by Jake Burger.

The designated Hitter Kyle Higashioka warmed Ranger's starter Jacob Degrom, while Heim seemed to take an unusually long time to emerge from the shelter in his equipment.

Heim took a Pitch from Degrom and put out a throw in the midfield. He was visited by manager Bruce Bochy and a trainer before he meant Degrom to throw the ball. Heim's deployment sailed over Degrom's head before the catcher ran out.

The 29-year-old home beats with six Homern and 17 RBI in 37 games this season .262.

Tucker Barnhart, the No. 3 -catcher of the Rangers, took home in the line -up.
