Aurora Police Department is looking for information on storm suspects | Crimes and justice

The Aurora police are looking for information from the public about a suspect that was involved in an attack at the beginning of this month.

On Thursday, May 8th, around 6:30 a.m., police patrol officers received a report on a difficult attack near Expo Park, 10955 E. Exposure Ave.

When she arrived at the scene, the woman said that she would go on the high line canal trail when an unknown man attacked her from behind.

The woman fought against the attacker and warned others near her of the suspect.

The man then fled out of the scene and was last spotted north by Expo Park towards East Virginia Avenue.

Detectives have not yet identified the topic and turn to the public to get help.

The suspect was last seen how he wore white tennis shoes, green pants and a black jacket. It is described as about 5 feet, 10 inches and weighs about £ 175 with dark shoulder -length hair. The suspect may have suffered facial injuries during the incident.
