Lakers' Luka Doncic returns to Timberwolves after obviously suffering a back injury

The Los Angeles Lakers already fought to keep their season in the game 5 of their playoff series on Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, and in the first half things became more difficult than Luka Dončić ran out of injury.

After a hard foul by Donte Divincenzo, he fell uncomfortably and then went straight to the changing room after hit the following free throws.

However, he returned to start the second half.

Dončić had to deal with injuries this season. Calf problems kept him away for two different routes, including a burden that took place on Christmas Day when he was still a member of the Dallas Mavericks.

This injury prompted Dončić to miss 19 games and delayed his Lakers' debut after he was purchased on February 2. He has remained largely healthy since his return on February 10th.

After a slow start, at least after his standards, Dončić looked at the Lakers more comfortable and is now a critical part of her crime.

Dončić's presence also helped Los Angeles to kick water when James fails with a groin injury this season.

Gabe Vincent could see more time when Dončić is limited.
