Sophomore Landon Hoyle threw a complete game with six goals and hit seven to give the Panthers a must to secure the last place in the upcoming playoffs of the Central Jersey Group 2. Point Pleasant Boro got three runs in the first inn, with Matt Lokerson adding a 2-run single and Aidan Dombrowski to an RBI single to the left. The Panthers ended the game with five invited walks in a row to end the game before Regen came to the Jersey Shore.
