Kriegermann, who was convicted of several charges of sexual crimes in Blount County

Blount County, Ala. (Wbrc) – A warrior was convicted of several charges for sexual crimes in Blount County.

District Prosecutor Pamela Casey said that 39-year-old Gary Michael Stewart von Warrior was convicted of two cases of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12 and sexual abuse every second degree.

In court, the prosecutors stated that Stewart had suspended a child of sexual contact when she was about 5 years old, and the abuse lasted up to the age of 13.

“Let me be clear. My office endeavors to protect our children. We have always been. We will always be. We will pursue perpetrators of the sexual abuse of children,” said Casey. “I am so proud of this young lady. When these children report and disclose sexual abuse files, they are often touched on by family members and accused them of difficulties that were created as a result of the perpetrator campaigns. These children are responsible and often to blame themselves.

Stewart was placed in the care of the Sheriff Blount County. A hearing for a negotiation was planned for July 17, 2025.

Casey said that a child under 12 sexual abuse was a crime debt that is subject to up to 20 years in prison.
