Coolest teacher – Upper Merion High School (01:46:59) Timothy has been teaching Merion HS for 15 years. He plays the tuba and has been playing for 7 years^TH Degree. He followed the book Tubby The Tuba and played since then. Timothy likes to get students who are like an empty canvas and do not know what they want to play because he can test different instruments with them. The nice thing about music is that it builds up a sense of community. Sometimes I am more with these students than their parents and the community builds up by being with them. Upper Merion is carried out in their concerts and performances and only has a final performance. His plans for the summer are relaxed and enjoy some time in Florida with his girlfriend.
