Social media is full of roles and videos that show the latest food trend that Timelines, Dubai Chai Toast, takes over. After the viral success of Kunafa Chocolate, this warm and sticky turn on the classic Chai-Toast combo has become a new sensation. Also known as Chai Malai Toast has triggered the court of curiosity and desire, where Instagram videos highlight its rich, soothing texture and nostalgic attraction.

Chai And toast has long been a pair of staple in many Indian households. Usually butter toast is easily immersed in tea, which creates the perfect balance between crisp and soft in every bite. However, the viral version is a completely different attitude. Instead of just diving the toast, this snack has to pour hot Chai Directly above a bread sandwich filled with Malai.

The trend shell consists of three primary ingredients: Kadak Chai (strong milk tea), Malai (Fresh cream) and cut bread. In the viral recipe there is fresh cream between two bread slices. Then hot tea is poured over the sandwich until it is completely soaked and the bread makes soft enough to be lined up with a spoon. The result is a warm, richer and nostalgic snack that gains traction everywhere.
