Milwaukee – New video shows what took place last month before a courtroom from Milwaukee County. A judge is charged with allegations that she tried to help a defendant in her court to escape the federal agent.

The incident began around 8:43 a.m. on April 18, when Eduardo Flores Ruiz arrived at a hearing in a domestic abuse on the sixth floor of Milwaukee County's court building.

He met his lawyer in the hallway and went to the courtroom of Circuit Court, Hannah Dugan.

On the way he happened that federal brokers who were sitting on a bench were cross -crossed federal agents; They were there to capture him.

After Flores Ruiz came by, the agents turned to each other and seemed to confirm his identity.

A few moments later, judge Dugan and another judge approached the agents who were sitting on the bench.

A criminal complaint against Dugan states that she became aware of her presence by a court official.

The complaint states that Dugan and the agents during this interaction about the type of arrest warrant did not agree that they had to arrest Flores Ruiz.

After the complaint, Dugan ordered the agent to go to the highest judge's office. The video shows how it shows her through a double door.
