The sheriff in New Orleans waited almost a week that a 10-man Jailbreak was processed by crime technicians, and then only did so at the behest of the district prosecutor, according to the municipality's lawyer in Orleans, district prosecutor Jason Williams.

Almost a week after the mass escape, Williams, Anne Kirkpatrick, superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department, whether Sheriff Susan Hutson had applied for the crime -laboratory technicians, the fingerprints and DNA, from the cell in POD 1D, from which the Inmates had taken their flight early Friday morning.
