Franklin, GA (Fox Carolina) – A man was arrested because he had broken into a petrol station early Wednesday morning, according to Franklin's police.

On May 21, around 1:03 a.m., the officers at the Holly Springs Plaza were called for a crash.

Once on site, they discovered that the man who was involved in the crash also broke into the nearby Inles Gas Express, the police said.

Officials said that the man drove north on the Highway 441 when the vehicle left the street, went in the air and collided in a round.

Then he went to the gas station, called 911 from the outer emergency telephone and broke the glass entrance door with a rock, said officials.

The man suffered serious cuts from the broken glass when he entered the shop and steel objects into the goods area, the police said.
