A separate dump truck, which approached the slowed traffic, could not slow down in time, which led to a collision with a subaru. The Subaru was then pushed into a Ford F450 pickup, which then hit a business car.

The driver of the first dump truck was quoted because he had not properly secured his cargo while the driver of the second tipper truck was listed because he had caused the collision with several vehicles. It is not suspected that alcohol is a factor for the incident.
