Taylor Swift was excluded from the Baldoni lounger story, as a summons are withdrawn

Justin Baldoni's lawyers have withdrawn a summons to Taylor Swift and their legal team after the firm represented an objection to an “unjustified fishing expedition”.

Lawyers for Swift and Blake Lively – the friends are – had submitted applications to cancel the summons that were looking for communication between their respective legal teams.

Baldoni sues Lively, his co-star “IT ends with us” and her husband Ryan Reynolds and claims that she tried to destroy his career with false allegations of sexual harassment. LIVELY has sued Baldoni and a occupation of publicists on the grounds that they started an online whispering campaign against them as retaliation measures due to their harassment complaints.

In an explanation on Thursday, the spokesman for LIVELY said that Baldoni tried to use Swift's celebrity to distract from the real problems in the case.
