One killed, two injured in the accident with a vehicle in the municipality of Bienville; La. State police suspect impairments

Arcadia, La. (KSLA) – On May 21st, soldiers from Louisiana State Police (LSP) reacted to an accident with a single vehicle on Highway 80 near the Louisiana Highway 9.

The 32 -year -old David Gardner was killed in the crash.

The preliminary investigation showed that Gardner drove a Honda Accord from 2002 on the Highway 80 from 2000 and left his vehicle and collided with permeability.

Gardner, who did not wore a seat belt, suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital where he was passed away. Two passengers in the Honda, both of whom had a seat belt, suffered moderate injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment according to LSP.

The authorities said they suspect that Gardner was affected. Toxicological samples were taken and submitted for analysis.

The crash is examined.

Soldiers want to remind drivers how important it is to make good decisions in motor vehicles. Never lead, tired or distracted.
