According to FDNY, a ladder who was used in a deadly sunset fire was removed from the service when they examine death.

The FDNY has given an explanation in which the ladder that the man tried to climb before his tragic fall was placed before the service.

In the FDNY declaration it was: “We are aware of an incident that took place at an all-hand fire in Brookly at the beginning of this week. As a standard practice, we began a proactive examination of the facts and circumstances in connection with the tragic death of a civilian, including our firefighters, fire operations and our security division.”

In video you can flock smoke clouds out of the building while the man tries to escape the flames. Then a firefighter on the ladder tries to help the man out of the building. As he goes outside, the ladder collapses below him and leads him to the fall.
