The cybersecurity industry decreases in San Antonio

Jeff Webster, CEO and President of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater San Antonio, said that San Antonio, as the largest cyber security center in the USA outside of Washington DC, was uniquely positioned for decades in order to be leading in cyber security.

For this reason, state legislators observe San Antonio as a location for its Texas cyber command.

“The sleepy city of San Antonio is up to date with Cyber [security]”, Said Webster.” And this cyber command is another rock on the basis of what we will do here in this community for cyber. “

Judson ISD wants to close 3 schools to reduce the costs

The Judson ISD board of trustees discussed the closure of three schools, increased the student teacher relationships in the classroom and reduced salaries for the District of Innovation Teachers on May 15 to save district money.

The three schools for potential closures are the Judson Middle School, Candlewood Elementary School and the Franz Leadership Academy.

The multi -family development has progress in new Braunfels

The construction of a new multi -family development, which is known as prose lonesome quail, is expected to be completed in New Braunfels in the first quarter of 2026.

The apartment complex in 128 Lonesome quail is now called New Braunfels Heights, Gentry Bowden, director of Buchanan Capital Partners, told Community Impact.

TXDOT announces the summer I-35 NEX lane closures

Since the construction of the I-35 north-east expansion program continues, the drivers in the region can commute through San Antonio this summer.

Free summer music festival announced in the San Antonio Botanical Gardens

This summer, art art in San Antonio Botanical Garden and Alamo City are organizing a free all -day music festival with over a dozen musical appearances. Make Music San Antonio will take place on June 21 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. over the 39 morning of the garden and appeals to all age groups.

Make Music Day is a global celebration that, according to a press release, is inspired by the French Fête de la Musique, which takes place in over 1,000 cities at the summer solstice.
