Woman who was killed in Middleborough Crash remembered from love for reading, plants

A 68-year-old woman who was killed in an accident in Middleborough together with her long-standing partner at the beginning of this month was remembered in her obituary for her love for her family.

Rosemarie Dias from Wareham was killed together with Cecil “Tex” Johnson (70) when her car pushed into the forest against Interstate 495 North. Both were declared dead at the crime scene.

Dias was born in Wareham and lived her whole life there. She completed the Bridgewater State University and worked for more than 40 years as a supervisor in the Upham's Corner Health Center in Dorchester.

The obituary remembers slides for her love for reading, which around her houseplants and flower gardens and excursions to the cinema, the casino and the beach.

But above all, she loved her family and spent time with them, ”says the message.

A celebration of life for slides will take place on July 26th in the Dudley Brown VfW post at the beginning.
