Failed Japanese police uniform, according to reports from China, Sparke Real crime concerns

A man triggered significant concern online after shared pictures of himself that were dressed in a remarkably realistic replica of A Japanese Police uniform.

The Weekly Women's Prime News Magazine reported on May 1st that the photos in Japan have become viral. Many people expressed fear that everyone can now receive a police uniform and pretend to be an officer.

The photos show a man who wears a standard blue policy shirt with a shoulder badge. It has a stuck-proof vest that shows the Logo of the Kanagawa Prefecture Police and a bracelet with high visibility. He is also equipped with a police case with a holster and rod and a two-way radio receiver, which is cut on his shoulder.

The location of the photos remains uncertain, but there is speculation that the man may have been China, Since the pictures were accompanied by the expression “Kanagawa Prefektures police cosplay” written in Chinese.

“If someone who wears this uniform spoke to them in Japanese, it would of course be to assume that he was a policeman,” read a comment on the magazine website. “An older person or a child would do what was told without thought and they could easily be kidnapped.”
