Taylor SWIFT PROGES from Baldoni-Lively case

Taylor Swift is not drawn into the legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni after a judge has been withdrawn for the pop star.

Baldoni and Lively in 2024 told us that it ends with us, but has now been involved in a bitter legal dispute after suing the actor and director and accusing him of sexual harassment and a smear campaign.

Baldoni's lawyers had sent lectures to Swift and their legal team to obtain messages between lawyers, the Lively and the singer who are friends.

However, the summons were dropped after the right team from Swift objected to an objection to an “unjustified fishery expedition”, said Variety.

Lively's spokesman said they were “pleased” that the summons were withdrawn.

“We have supported Taylor's team's efforts to lift these inappropriate lectures on their lawyer, and we will continue to work for third parties that are wrongly molested or threatened,” they said.

At the beginning of this month, Swift's representative of the BBC announced that it was brought to a legal row to create “Boulevard -Clickbait”.

It was originally reported that Swift had been charged to provide information after it was claimed that she tried to put Baldoni under pressure to accept script machines with LIVELY for the film.

Baldoni had declared that he was invited in Lively in Lively's New York to discuss script changes, where Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds and Swift were there to serve as “dragons”.

In response, the representatives of Swift said “she was not involved in casting or creative decisions” and “never edited or made notes about the film”.

Variety has now reported that the Baldoni lawyers used the summons to try to receive messages about an assertion that the representatives of LIVELY threatened to publish old text messages if Swift did not provide an explanation that supported them.

LIVELY's lawyers denied these allegations as “clear and demonstrably wrong”.

The LIVELY spokesman added: “The Baldoni and the Wayfarer team tried to set Taylor Swift, a woman who has been an inspiration for tens of millions around the world since the first day.

“In view of the justification in front of the Federal Supreme Court, they folded themselves down.

Baldoni provides lively and Reynolds about claims to civil blackmail, defamation and invasion of privacy.
