In 7 steps, make trends strawberry -Matcha at home


Step 1:

Make the strawberry puree, take 4–5 fresh strawberries, 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional). Mix until they mix smoothly.


Step 2:

Put the strawberry puree in a glass. Add the puree to the bottom of your glass. Wirting for a beautiful gradient effect.


Step 3:

Add ice cream and fill the glass about ¾ full of ice. This helps the drink later.


Step 4:

Pour your milk into it. Use ½ – ¾ cup of your choice: oat milk (preferably for creaminess), almond milk, milk product milk. Pour gently over the ice.


Step 5:

Prepare the Matcha, add 1 TL Matcha powder, 2–3 tablespoons of hot water (not boiling). Whisk with a bamboo or become smooth and foamy.


Step 6:

Slowly pour the Matcha over the milk to achieve a layered effect.


Step 7:

Stir & swallow! Stir it gently, take a picture for your feed and enjoy it. Add boba or vanilla syrup for additional flair.
